What happens when a drive thru person continues to not push the not correct buttons for the items you really want to order? As a customer, u still get charged for incorrect items and have to pay for them.
Report it to management and you will possibly get your meal fee next time
What is the procedure when you have experienced horrible service. Especially when the order was taken incorrectly and was mouthed off by 2 teenagers?

Awesome burgers with fresh ingredients, reasonably priced.The customer service was outstanding, far better that you would expect at any casual burger venue.We sat there for about 30 minutes and the staff visited out table twice to make sure everything was fine. Way to go!

I visited this branch yesterday, and the experience was outstanding!! Diana took care of me, and was very friendly and helpful. Her smile made it an even better experience!I've been to Freddy's in the US. And the taste here is just as good!

This was my first time visiting Freddy’s on the Palm. It’s right by the VOX Cinema in the new Nakheel Mall. I usually go to the one in Dubai Mall with my wife, but this time I was alone. My wife does not eat beef, so we always order their chicken sandwiches. Little did I know how much I was missing out on. I tried Freddy’s California Style burger for the 1st time & it was PHENOMENAL. It seriously rivals the like of In N Out burger, which as a Californian is blasphemous to say. This is a delicious burger and it was the highlight of my day. Kudos to the Freddy’s Team, you have something really special here and I love it.
